GCG Key Principles
There are five fundamental GCG principles KFTD practices in their business operation, according to the company’s code of corporate governance (COCG):

The company is committed to ensuring that relevant information, such as company profiles, financial reports, goals and strategies, and information about its executives and shareholders, is available to both the public and stakeholders. However, this does not invalidate the company’s rights to keep and protect classified information.
2. Accountability
KFTD ensures that each part of the company performs its respective role responsibly and with utmost integrity. It also ensures that its management adheres to strict standards consistent with the company’s values and code of conduct.
3. Responsibility
KFTD ensures that the company as a business entity and its business operation conforms to Indonesian law and regulations. KFTD also fulfills its obligation to the Indonesian people and the environment.
4. Independence
KFTD ensures that all decisions made by the company’s directive and executives are made with full independence, objectivity, and professionalism without external intervention. None of the company’s organs hold any form of dominance over nor intervene with each other’s affairs.
5. Equality and Fairness
According to Indonesian law, KFTD ensures equal treatment to all its stakeholders and shareholders. In the name of fairness, the company will endorse the stakeholders according to their respective contributions to the company.
